About
Parker's Flat is just one of our properties located on a 10-acres with lush pine trees and walking trails. There are 5 other flats as well that accommodate Doctors, nurses, engineers, students, vacationers, screenwriters, and folks moving to Aiken. Our guests have all visited and stayed for 2 days to 4 years. We have walking trails for doggies and humans and there are lots of Pine and Oak trees on the property. We are located just 6 minutes from downtown Aiken.

Neighborhood
We are located in a Vintage neighborhood where I have spent most of my life. It is quiet and safe. Our farm is well lit with several pole lights located on the farm so that all guests have light when returning home after dark. During the summer the crickets and katydids will sing you to sleep. We are located about 3 miles from downtown Aiken and about 7 miles to the Southside of Aiken. There are 8 Flats located on our 10-acre farm. We live in a flat on the farm and are always accessible when needed. We have a vegetable garden, Plums, and blackberries, and hoping to plant blueberries this fall. Flowers are in the window boxes and all over the grounds. There is also a very shaded walking path for both humans and doggies on the back of the property
