135 Sunny and Delightful

We always keep the porch light on for you at Butterbean Properties. My husband Harry and I live on property and work hard to make sure your stay is safe and a great place to rest. We have front and back patios on all properties that are well lit as well as several large pole lights located several places that keep our property where we can see everything. We are located on 8 Acres with 3 buildings. First building is a triplex. All apartments are one step into your flat. The triplex is 131 Piper’s Flat, most beloved for its quaint and cozy setting. It also has it’s front door directly facing the garden area. 135 Sunny the largest flat which was just renovated and loved by all that stay there. And 139 which is where my husband and I live. The first duplex hosts 143 Jesse’s Flat, Another most booked property. Jesse’s feels like a day at the beach with soft yellows and blue colors and is comfy and beloved by many folks and next to it is 145 Luna’s Flats. Luna’s is happy with soft whites, reds and comfy blues. The second duplex is 147 Parkers Flat just recently renovated and is eclectic with beiges, whites, and soft reds and last but not lease is 146 Barbara Ann’s Flat. This flat is very special to us as it is named after my dear mother Barbara. She helped me paint 146 for the last time. I purchased these properties from her 12 years ago. The beautiful large leather sofa and chair came straight from Italy…its is Italian Leather. The very fine rug located in the Livingroom belonged to her as well. Mama entered heaven 2 years ago which is why I am so fond of this property and work so hard to make it a place of contentment, beauty and friendship to all that travel this way.
